Spectrum Gems Inc. was established in New York City by entrepreneur DJ - Dhananjey Sett. The company was founded with the philosophy of bringing people the best gemstones in the world at affordable price.

‌DJ's idea was to work hard and grow with the customers, and this philosophy has taken Spectrum Gem from strength to strength over the years and resulted in an integrated network of major cutters and key industry players worldwide. After dominating the loose gemstones category, the zeal to design and passion to create exclusive and unique pieces inspired DJ to begin making elegant and sophisticated ready-to-wear jewelry for those who want to tastefully indulge in the finest jewels and most beautiful design that money can buy.

‌His muse and motivation were the clear and exquisite gemstones that he had accumulated over the years from various parts of the globe, from the treasures of India to the assets of Thailand and Africa. This debut in jewelry design was marked by one of his signature pieces appearing on the cover of Vogue magazine and winning the A.G.T.A in the evening wear category of the coveted SPECTRUM AWARDS 2004.
